Rotary destackers

Ranging from the small "8 x 130" (8 stacks of blanks having 130 mm diameter) to the massive "2 x 800" (2 stacks of blanks having a size of 800 x 600 mm), these magazine systems deliver state of the art performances for those applications where the pallet is not required. The height of the stack varies (from 300 to 500 mm), as well as the maximum weight of the stack. An hydraulic - pneumatic cylinder guarantees the stack lifting. The destacking operation can be carried out by different means : a specific gripper delivering a mechanical action on the blank, magnetic separators (when possible), air blast... Manual or motorized height adjustment and self centring device for round and square blanks are the most popular options.
