Pallet feeding system

Virtually adaptable to blanks of whatever size, this is a solution with two working areas, on the right and on the left-hand sides of a roll or belt conveyor. A manipulator picks up the blanks on one stack until the station is empty and then it starts working on the opposite side, allowing an operator to load a new pallet on the first station (no stop in production). In case a very high production rate is required, the manipulator can be equipped with two grippers, thus reducing by 50% the cycle time (stop in production during loading operation of new stacks or during magazine exchange). Low accuracy in pallet positioning is accepted, due to centring operation on the conveyor. The system can be equipped with hydraulic lifting device or not, depending on the requirements in terms of cycle time.
