Carriage feeding system

This destacker has been developed for the same range of applications of the pallet feeding system, but has a different layout which makes possible more compact installations. There is a central working area, on which a motorized gripper separates and picks up the blanks, and two loading positions, alternatively on the left and right-hand sides. Blanks centring can be carried out on the pivoting arms over the stack, thus enabling a direct transfer to the press. The carriage on which the pallets are hosted is movable on rails. Stack lifting facility can be provided. Ideal for working in conjunction with three axis transfers or big overhead manipulators.
