Double stacker for large sheets
2 blanks are delivered simultaneously at 90° by a blanking press. Two pre-centring stations on each conveyor ; two portal manipulators on each stacking area, both equipped with two vacuum grippers ; stacking area capable of holding 500 mm high stacks and equipped with blanks fine centring device. The press strokes up to 25 spm and delivers up to 50 parts per minute. Typical size of the sheets is 2000 x 1200 mm.
