LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

Nearly any drawing process requires a proper lubrication of the blank. Because of its close relation with the loading operation of the press, the lubrication device in a stamping line is normally provided by SAPI, as manufacturer of the automation equipment. Shape and size of the blank play an important role in the choice of the right solution, as well as the type of drawing to be performed and the specifications of the lubricant.
