MANIPULATORS

SAPI has designed several models of manipulators, generally used for the operation of loading and unloading single-tool presses. Al the types are equipped with servomotors that control the x-axis and offer different solutions for the z-axis. A typical application is the loading of discs onto a drawing die, in association with a rotating destacker and ejection of the finished component. Manipulators can be installed on wheels and, by use of a connector interface, they can be easily applied on a second press of similar size. The outstanding features of these machines are sturdiness, speed and user friendliness.
