OVERHEAD MANIPULATORS

Our overhead manipulators and transfers have been developed for handling big components on large single or multiple tool presses. The typical environment for these applications is the stamping of car body panels, car bumpers, large household appliances, sinks... A key factor in the choice of this solution is the advantage of working on the centre line of the presses: this enables a high operating speed when transferring large components, with no vibrations. Tool changing operations on the front or rear of the presses are made easier by the possibility of lifting or moving the transfer on one side. This range of machines can be provided with the self learning programming of all the working parameters.
