MONOBAR TRANSFERS

SAPI is probably the world most specialised company in the field of mono-bar transfers. They are intended for the automation of presslines or multi-tool presses, generally (but not always) operated in single cycle. All type of applications have been explored and components of any shape, weight and size have been handled on any type of press. SAPI has 4 separate product lines, each one intended for a different market : from the little SISTEMA 2 intended for light applications to the powerful SISTEMA 5 able to automate 30 meter-long presslines. Specifications vary according to the model : x axes controlled by servo, brushless or linear motors, movable bar or carriages, commercial or in-house designed guiding systems, belt or rack-pinion transmission.
