DOUBLE BAR TRANSFERS

In mass-production presswork of multi-tool presses, particularly in the automotive and electronic industry, double bar three axes transfers are becoming the more popular choice. Among the advantages of this technology we point out the very high production rate, the savings in terms of material achievable with respect to progressive dies and a simpler and cleaner tooling design.
SAPI offers three versions (T3M, T3X, T3XL), available with overhead or floor mounted structure, suitable to automate small, medium and large bed presses.
