Many times it is necessary to equip an automatic stamping line with special devices taking care of critical operations, such as rotation, indexing or turning the component upside down. SAPI has developed a huge experience in this area and is capable of delivering state of the art solutions which optimise the work flow and never affect the efficiency of the line, working always during the press cycle.
All these systems can be as flexible as the customer requires: they are normally suitable to operate with different parts (sometimes allowing few minutes adjustments), they can be installed in different position along the transfer line and they can even compensate the difference in height between the previous and next stamping stage.
